Since 2007, Gottlieb Paludan Architects has provided consultancy to ATP Ejendomme on an ongoing basis as part of the refurbishment, rebuilding and furnishing of ATP’s office buildings.

In addition to traditional architectural consulting related to rebuilding projects, GPA often provides tenant consultancy to ATP Ejendomme in conjunction with occupying leased premises.

In this context, GPA was responsible for the two-storey refurbishment and new furnishing of the European Union’s new offices of the European Environment Agency on Kongens Nytorv in Copenhagen.

The services include tenant consultancy and programming, starting with initial dialogue with users, comprising many different nationalities and trade groups. Subsequently, GPA was lead consultant for the refurbishment and furnishing project.
