GPA wins framework agreements with Metroselskabet and The Greater Copenhagen Light Rail

18.03.2022

Gottlieb Paludan Architects has won two major framework agreements across Metroselskabet and The Greater Copenhagen Light Rail, in collaboration with Rambøll, for the development of more sustainable infrastructure in the capital area.

The new framework agreements include architectural services in relation to the development of new metro and/or light rail lines and maintenance of existing facilities.

Gottlieb Paludan Architects is particularly engaged in the development of transport hubs, the interaction between different modes of transport and the connection with the surrounding city - both within and outside Denmark's borders. To this end, Gottlieb Paludan Architects can draw on many years’ experience with similar mobility and infrastructure assignments - including the Copenhagen Light Rail, where Gottlieb Paludan Architects is responsible for architecture and landscape, and the New Ellebjerg Station in Copenhagen, where the focus is on establishing connections between the existing and future train and metro lines.
