Danish State Railways, Relocation to New Head Office

Gottlieb Paludan Architects assisted the Danish State Railways (DSB) in the capacity as tenant adviser in connection with the corporation’s relocation from various Copenhagen addresses into one new head office for all 1,200 employees in Telegade in Høje Taastrup.

DSB moved into an existing property which was renovated and refurbished to adapt it to DSB’s organizational profile.

GPA was DSB’s tenant adviser throughout the process, from the very beginning and until DSB moved in, and collaborated closely with the client to produce the requirements specification for DSB’s new head office. We subsequently assisted with the concept plans for the offices, working out the colour schemes and producing sketches/visualizations of the options for a new entrance, foyer, canteen, etc.

At a later stage, GPA also provided DSB with architectural expertise in connection with renovation and refurbishment of the new head office.
