Gottlieb Paludan Architects becomes part of ÅF

08.01.2018

The engineering and design company ÅF acquires ownership of Gottlieb Paludan Architects which will continue as an independent architectural company and assume a distinctive role in ÅF’s strengthened focus on architecture and design.

As of 1 January 2018, ÅF has acquired the ownership of the architectural company Gottlieb Paludan Architects. ÅF has a declared strategy to strengthen its business significantly within the areas of architecture and design, and it saw Gottlieb Paludan Architects as an ideal partner in this endeavour.  Both companies have long Nordic traditions focusing on development of projects within infrastructure, mobility, energy and industry – and both companies have enjoyed great success in recent years.

With 10,000 employees and offices in more than 30 countries, ÅF is an international engineering and design company whose networks and competencies will support our strategy to continue developing and expanding our core business.

ÅF has acquired the ownership of Gottlieb Paludan Architects, but in all other respects, the company will continue as today. Gottlieb Paludan Architects will continue under its current name, and the company management will also remain unchanged. The company will stay in Nordhavn, Copenhagen, and ongoing projects and collaborations will continue uninterrupted.
